Most of our modern-day city apartments come with very few privileges (and space!). In homes that were available back in the day, like about two or three decades ago, we would fancy having an outdoor area, a garage to park our cars, a park that was common to everyone in the building and huge balconies and terraces attached. 1.       Redo the wall paint: This one is the easiest way to give your balconies an instant makeover. 8.       Play around with the furniture: A lot of the balconies today might have limited space. In that case, less is more is the mantra that would work the best.
