Two common bedrooms in this unit. Common bedroom 01 lengths 12 feet and width 11 feet 4 inches. There are two balconies and one cupboard in this room. Both balconies width is 3 feet. Common bedroom 02 lengths 12 feet 4 inches and width 11 feet 5 inches. This room has one balcony and one cupboard. Balcony width 4 feet 2 inches and length 6 feet. Unit-I kitchen length 7 feet 3 inches and width 7 feet. Dining room length 17 feet 3 inches and width 9 feet 8 inches.
Unit-II has a total of three bedrooms, four balconies, two bathrooms, one kitchen, and one dining. Common bedroom-1 length 16 feet 6 inches and width 10 feet 10 inches. Attached balcony width 4 feet. Common bedroom-2 length 12 feet and width 11 feet 7 inches. Attached two balconies both width 3 feet. Master bedroom length 14 feet 8 inches and width 11 feet 10 inches. Attached bathroom length 6 feet 3 inches and width 4 feet. And attached balcony width 4 feet and length 5 feet 1 inch. Common bathroom area 28 square feet. It's a standard size bathroom. Kitchen area 65 sq ft and dining room area 150 sq ft.
